9 people died when a stage collapsed during an election rally in Mexico's

Nine people were killed and 50 injured when a stage collapsed during an election rally in Mexico. 

According to the British media, the accident happened when Jorge Alvarez Menez, a candidate in the Mexican presidential election, was giving his campaign speech in the city of San Pedro Garza. 

According to the report, the incident of the stage collapse happened due to a sudden gust of wind, the presidential candidate was safe in the accident but many of his colleagues were injured. 

Presidential candidate Menez said in his social media post that 3 women, a man and a girl died in the incident of the stage collapse, while 9 deaths have been confirmed in media reports.

 He said that I have never felt anything so sudden in my life, I hope the administration will investigate why this incident happened.
